Solar Cells: All-Solution-Processed Silver Nanowire Window Electrode-Based Flexible Perovskite Solar Cells Enabled with Amorphous Metal Oxide Protection

Jooho Moon and his team have developed efficient perovskite solar cells using silver nanowire transparent electrodes with a protective layer of amorphous aluminum-doped zinc oxide. These composite electrodes exhibit a high optical transmittance of 88.6% and a low sheet resistance of 11.9 Ω sq−1. The solar cells achieve power conversion efficiencies of 13.9% on rigid substrates and 11.2% on flexible substrates.
