Yong-Young Noh, Ao Liu, and Huihui Zhu have achieved a breakthrough in p-channel copper oxide (CuxO) thin-film transistors (TFTs) by demonstrating molecule charge transfer p-doping. This innovative approach has led to a dramatic improvement in hole mobility, increasing it by over 20-fold without compromising other opto-electrical parameters.
