A new multifunctional gate dielectric material based on dual cross-linked aromatic polythiourea (c-PTU) networks has been developed for organic field-effect transistors. This innovative c-PTU gate dielectric features dual covalent and noncovalent cross-links, providing excellent insulating properties, high capacitance, good solvent resistance, and thermal stability.
