Mi-Jeong Kim, Hiesang Sohn, and their team have developed a crystallized Ag nanowire film (c-Ag NWs) through solution annealing at 70°C for use in flexible electronic devices. This c-Ag NWs film demonstrates remarkable mechano-electric stability, with a resistance change (ΔR/ΔRo) of just 45% even after 200,000 bending cycles at a strain of 6.7%. Moreover, the c-Ag NWs-based patterned electrode exhibits electrical properties (9.41 kΩ) comparable to those of ITO-based electrodes (8.01 kΩ).-Science Journal cover design by scapiens
