In article number 1900532, Byoung Gak Kim, Jong-Chan Lee, and their team investigate the carbonization of carboxylate-functionalized polymers of intrinsic microporosity (PIM-COOH). Remarkably, all heat-treated PIMs maintain their microporosity and display different oxygen-to-carbon ratios.
