[Journal cover design.87]2D Nanopatterning: 2D Metal Chalcogenide Nanopatterns by Block Copolymer Lithography

Journal cover

Sang Ouk Kim and co-workers have developed a reliable and effective nanopatterning strategy for 2D transition metal dichalcogenides using block copolymer (BCP) lithography. By utilizing various BCP templates, they demonstrate diverse nanostructures, including nanomeshes, nanodots, and nanowire arrays, with wafer-scale scalability. Notably, edge-exposed MoS2 nanomeshes show superior sensitivity and reversibility for NO2 gas sensing, marking a significant advancement in the field. – Journal cover design by scapiens
