Seungjun Chung, Yongtaek Hong, and Junghwan Byun have developed artificial soft elastic media composed of inkjet-printed polymeric microlattices. This innovative material allows for precise control of micro- and macroscopic thin-film properties by modulating lattice-like strain-coupling.
