[Journal cover design.55]Perovskite Solar Cells: Perovskite Solar Cells with Inorganic Electron- and Hole-Transport Layers Exhibiting Long-Term (≈500 h) Stability at 85 °C under Continuous 1 Sun Illumination in Ambient Air

Journal cover

Nam-Gyu Park, Hyunjung Shin, and their team present a perovskite solar cell (PSC) structure composed of FTO/NiO/perovskite/PCBM/BCP/Al/Ag. They discovered that the Allayer, grown via atomic layer deposition, significantly enhances the PSC’s stability. The Allayer’s unique role lies in its impermeability, preventing moisture penetration and interdiffusion at the perovskite/Ag interface under high temperatures (≈85 °C). – Journal cover design by scapiens
