Jongbaeg Kim and his team have developed a highly sensitive, flexible tactile sensor made from stacked carbon nanotube- and Ni-coated fabrics. This sensor leverages a scalable and cost-effective fabrication technique, making it both conceptually simple and highly effective. It takes advantage of the excellent properties of fabrics to achieve high sensitivity and linearity across a wide pressure range.
