BongSoo Kim, Do Hwan Kim, and their team have developed highly stretchable, high-mobility, and free-standing coplanar-type all-organic transistors using deformable solid-state elastomer electrolytes made from ionic thermoplastic polyurethane. These transistors demonstrate high reliability under mechanical stress and operate at low voltages.
