Jin Woong Kim and his team have developed an innovative 2D colloidal array technology using monodisperse Janus microparticles. By leveraging the steric constraints from the anisotropic geometry of these particles within confined hole dimensions, they achieved precise placement of Janus microparticles at specific hole sites on a stencil substrate.
